Square Hollow Structural Sections to CSA G40.21 are the Canadian-grade square HSS family — a closed, symmetrical profile that resists bending equally about both axes and offers strong torsional performance for columns, bracing and truss members. Their flat faces make them easy to weld and bolt, and their clean lines are a popular choice for exposed architectural steel as well as everyday framing.
